No Returns / No Refunds Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products and the materials used (latex, silicone, resin), returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

Important – Handmade Products
Each item is individually handmade and may present slight variations, imperfections, or differences from photos. These are not defects but part of the artistic and handcrafted process.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

•  The item arrives significantly damaged, or 
•  You received the wrong item

In such cases:

•  You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
•  Provide clear photos of the issue 
•  The item must remain unused and unaltered

We reserve the right to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Shipping & Responsibility
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for:

•  Delays caused by carriers 
•  Customs fees or import taxes 
•  Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered 

If needed, we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.

Fit & Compatibility Disclaimer
Display heads and masks may vary slightly in fit depending on materials and versions. A tighter or looser fit is not considered a defect.

Chargebacks & Abuse
Any abusive claims, chargebacks, or attempts to bypass this policy may be disputed with full documentation.
